Bio-drilling cover crop transformed into a kimchee fundraiser

Not only does Grow Dat Core Volunteer Josh Lichtman help out on the farm by planting and harvesting every Tuesday, he recently he put his culinary and business skills to use by making kimchee from daikon radishes he harvested from our site.

Josh hosted a dinner party where he put his delicious pickled veggies up for sale, and donated all the proceeds to us! The $120 he earned will go towards youth stipends this spring.

Thank you so much, Josh, for your creativity and generosity.
